We all are manipulated in this world by always someone either our loved ones or strangers in many forms. We have to learn these key concepts which no one talks about, but you can find through acute lenses if you exactly what is being used on you.
Manipulation is the practice of exerting undue influence over others. In order to accomplish what they want, people who manipulate others target their mental and emotional characteristics.

Using denial lying, misinformation, and contradiction to make you doubt your sanity, memory and perception.

Making critical remarks disguised as sarcasm or humor to make you feel inferior or less secure.
How to OUTSMART: Remain calm. Smile and put that person in the spotlight by asking questions.
